ദുരിതകയങ്ങൾ താണ്ടിയാണ് പി.സി മുസ്തഫ എന്ന സംരംഭകന്റെ വരവ്. ആ ജീവിതാനുഭവങ്ങളുടെ ആകെ തുകയാണ് അദ്ദേഹത്തിന്റെ സംരംഭത്തിന്റെ വിജയവും. ആറാം ക്ലാസിൽ തോറ്റ് പഠനമുപേക്ഷിച്ച് കൂലിപ്പണിക്കിറങ്ങിയിടത്ത് നിന്ന് 100 കോടി വരുമാനം ലഭിക്കുന്ന കമ്പനിയുടെ തലപ്പത്തിരിക്കാൻ വേറെ റേഞ്ച് വേണം, അതുണ്ടെന്ന് തെളിയിച്ച സംരംഭകനാണ് വയനാട് ചെന്നലോട് സ്വദേശി പി.സി മുസ്തഫ. മുസ്തഫയും കസിൻസും 2005 ൽ 25,000 രൂപയ്ക്ക് ബംഗളൂരുവിൽ തുടങ്ങിയ ഭക്ഷ്യ സ്റ്റാർട്ടപ്പായിരുന്നു ഐഡി ഫ്രഷ് ഫുഡ്. 25,000 രൂപയിൽ നിന്ന് നിക്ഷേപം 6 കോടിയിലെത്തിച്ച് 100 കോടിക്ക് മുകളിൽ വരുമാനം ലഭിക്കുന്ന കമ്പനിയായി ഐഡി ഫ്രഷ് ഫുഡ് വളരുകയായിരുന്നു. ഇഡ്ലി, ദേശ മാവ് വില്പനയിൽ നിന്നാരംഭിച്ച് റൊട്ടിയും പനീറും പൊറോട്ടയും ചപ്പാത്തിയും ഇന്ന് കമ്പനി വില്പന നടത്തുന്നുണ്ട്. ഇന്ത്യയിലെ 8 സംസ്ഥാനങങളിലും ദുബായിയിലും കമ്പനിക്ക് ഉപഭോക്താക്കളുണ്ട്.
തോൽവിയിൽ നിന്ന് പഠിച്ച പാഠം
പഠിത്തത്തില്‍ ശരാശരിയാണെങ്കിലും കണക്കിലായിരുന്നു മുസ്തഫയ്ക്ക് താല്‍പര്യം. എന്നാല്‍ ആറാം തരത്തില്‍ തോറ്റതോടെ പഠിത്തം നിര്‍ത്തിയ മുസ്തഫ പിതാവിനോടൊപ്പം കൂലിപ്പണിക്ക് പോയി തുടങ്ങി. പിന്നീട് ജൂനിയര്‍ വിദ്യാർഥികൾക്കൊപ്പം പഠനം തുടര്‍ന്ന മുസ്തഫ 7ാം ക്ലാസിലും 10ാം തരത്തിലും ഒന്നാമനായി. ഇവിടെ നിന്നായിരുന്നു വിജയത്തിന്റെ തുടക്കം. എന്‍ജിനിയറിംഗ് എന്‍ട്രന്‍സില്‍ കേരളത്തിൽ 63ാം സ്ഥാനം നേടിയ മുസ്തഫ കോഴിക്കോട് എന്‍ഐടിയില്‍ നിന്ന് ബിരുദവും നേടി. ദുബൈയിലെയും യൂറോപ്പിലേയും ജോലിക്ക് ശേഷം 2003 ൽ ബംഗളൂരുവിൽ തിരിച്ചെത്തിയ മുസ്തഫ ബംഗളൂരു ഇന്ത്യന്‍ ഇന്‍സ്റ്റിറ്റ്യൂട്ട് ഓഫ് മാനേജ്‌മെന്റിൽ നിന്ന് ബിസിനസ് മാനേജ്മെന്റ കോഴ്സ് ചെയ്തു. ഈ സമയത്താണ് ഐഡി ഫ്രഷ് ഫുഡ്സ് ജനിക്കുന്നത്.
ദിവസം പത്ത് പാക്കറ്റ് വിറ്റ കഥ
ബംഗളൂരുവിൽ 2005 ലാണ് 25,000 രൂപ നിക്ഷേപത്തിൽ ഇഡ്ലി, ദോശ മാവ് നിര്‍മാണ യൂണിറ്റായി ഐഡി ഫ്രഷ് ഫുഡ്സ് ആരംഭിക്കുന്നത്. കസിൻസായ ഷംസുദ്ദീന്‍ ടികെ, ടികെ ജാഫര്‍, അബ്ദുള്‍ നസീര്‍, ടിഎ നൗഷാദ് എന്നിവരുടെ കൂടെയായിരുന്നു സംരംഭം ആരംഭിച്ചത്. പഠനം കഴിഞ്ഞ ശേഷം 2007 ലാണ് ഐഡി ഫ്രഷ് ഫുഡ്സിൽ സിഇഒ ആയി മുസ്തഫ ചുമതലയേല്‍ക്കുന്നത്. ഇതേ വർഷം ബംഗളൂരു ഹൊസ്‌കോട്ടെ വ്യവസായ മേഖലയിൽ കമ്പനി പ്ലാന്റ് ആരംഭിച്ചു. ഇന്നിത് 15,000 ചതുരശ്ര അടി വിസ്തീർണമുള്ള പ്ലാന്റാണ്. 2010 ൽ മലബാർ പൊറോട്ടയുടെ നിർമാണം ആരംഭിച്ചു. 2012ൽ ഹൈദരാബാദ് മുംബൈ എന്നിവിടങ്ങളിലേക്കും 2013 ൽ ദുബൈയിലേക്കും മലബാർ പൊറോട്ടയുടെ ഐഡി ഫ്രഷ് ഫുഡും വ്യാപിച്ചു. 2016 ൽ കൊച്ചിയലേക്ക് എത്തിയ കമ്പനി ഇതേ വർഷം ഉടുപ്പി സൈറ്റൽ ഇഡ്ലി മാവ് പുറത്തിറക്കി.
