സംരംഭകരാകാന്‍ ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്ന വനിതകള്‍ക്കായി വ്യവസായ-വാണിജ്യ വകുപ്പ് പരിശീലന പരിപാടി സംഘടിപ്പിക്കുന്നു. വകുപ്പിന് കീഴിലുള്ള സംരംഭകത്വ വികസന ഇന്‍സ്റ്റിറ്റ്യൂട്ടായ കേരള ഇന്‍സ്റ്റിറ്റ്യൂട്ട് ഫോര്‍ എന്റര്‍പ്രണര്‍ഷിപ് ഡെവലപ്മെന്റാണ് (KIED) 10 ദിവസത്തെ വനിതാ സംരംഭകത്വ വികസന പരിപാടി (Women Entrepreneurship Program) സംഘടിപ്പിക്കുന്നത്.
ഓഗസ്റ്റ് 01 മുതല്‍ 11 വരെ എറണാകുളം കളമശ്ശേരിയില്‍ ഉള്ള കേരള ഇന്‍സ്റ്റിറ്റ്യൂട്ട് ഫോര്‍ എന്റര്‍പ്രണര്‍ഷിപ് ഡെവലപ്മെന്റ് ക്യാമ്പസ്സില്‍ വെച്ചാണ് പരിശീലനം. ബിസിനസ്സ് ആശയങ്ങള്‍, ബ്രാന്‍ഡിംഗ് ആന്‍ഡ് പ്രമോഷന്‍, സര്‍ക്കാര്‍ പദ്ധതികള്‍, ബാങ്കുകളില്‍ നിന്നുള്ള ബിസിനസ് വായ്പകള്‍, എച് ആര്‍ മാനേജ്മന്റ്, കമ്പനി രജിസ്ട്രേഷന്‍, ഇന്‍ഡസ്ട്രിയല്‍ വിസിറ്റ് തുടങ്ങിയ നിരവധി വിഷയങ്ങളാണ് പരിശീലനത്തില്‍ ഉള്‍പ്പെടുത്തിയിരിക്കുന്നത്.
