സൂക്ഷ്മ, ചെറുകിട, ഇടത്തരം സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളെ മത്സരക്ഷമമാക്കാൻ ഉള്ള കേന്ദ്രസർക്കാരിന്റെ ‘എംഎസ്എംഎഇ കോംപറ്റിറ്റീവ് (ലീൻ) സ്കീമി’ലേക്ക് അപേക്ഷിക്കാം. കേന്ദ്രസർക്കാരിന്റെ ഉദ്യം പോർട്ടലിൽ റജിസ്റ്റർ ചെയ്ത ഏത് സംരംഭത്തിനും പദ്ധതിയുടെ ഭാഗമാകാം. പാഴ്ച്ചെലവ് കുറച്ച് ഉൽപാദന–മത്സര ക്ഷമത വർധിപ്പിക്കുക എന്നതാണ് ‘ലീൻ’ ഉൽപാദന തത്വം. ഉൽപന്നങ്ങൾ വിപണിയിൽ നിന്ന് തള്ളപ്പെടുന്നതിന്റെ (റിജക്ഷൻ) തോത് കുറയ്ക്കുക, ഉൽപാദന ചെലവ് കുറയ്ക്കുക അടക്കമുള്ളവയാണ് പദ്ധതിയിലെ പരിശീലനത്തിൽ ഉണ്ടാവുക.
പദ്ധതിച്ചെലവിന്റെ 90% സർക്കാർ വഹിക്കും. മുൻപ് 80% ആയിരുന്നു.ബേസിക്, ഇന്റർമീഡിയറ്റ്, അഡ്വാൻസ്ഡ് എന്നിങ്ങനെ 3 ഘട്ടമായിട്ടാണ് പരിശീലനം. ആദ്യഘട്ടം ഓൺലൈൻ പരിശീലനമാണ്. 2 മാസമാണ് ദൈർഘ്യം. രണ്ടു മൂന്നൂം ഘട്ടങ്ങൾക്കായി പത്തോളം സംരംഭങ്ങളുടെ ക്ലസ്റ്റർ രൂപീകരിക്കണം. 6 മാസവും 12 മാസവുമാണ് യഥാക്രമം ഈ പരിശീലനങ്ങൾ.
